Blexr has declared the purchase of ThePogg, a British affiliate website, with the goal of broadening its product range and business-to-business operations.
Blexr purchased ThePogg.com for a sum in the six-figure range.
The affiliate site did not disclose specific financial details but confirmed the deal was worth a six-figure amount.
ThePogg.com offers evaluations of online casinos and provides players with comparisons from verified online providers. The website also provides Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) services, offering mediation for operators.
Blexr’s founder and chief executive, Paudie O’Reilly, stated that the acquisition would assist the company in expanding its brand recognition.
O’Reilly said, “We believe this acquisition will be a perfect addition to our existing portfolio and will broaden our reach in the target business-to-business market.”

ThePogg.com founder Garvie will also become part of Blexr. ThePogg.com was established in 2010 by Garvie, a former educator with a degree in pure mathematics.
